Not good with money

I am really at a loss for how much I mess up on my bank stuff all the time. I get so overwhelmed with all of it. I also ended up picking a bank that is charging me for everything, and now that I have found a new bank I am overwhelmed by all the companies I have to contact to give them my new bank information. What are some ways to get this all under control?
