Salon manicures & Home manicures
I need a manicure at least once a month, because of the types of soaps I use or the types of water. My cuticles get dry and jagged and it's not presentable when you are working with the public. My manicures are between $10 and $12 and I will tip between $3 to $5 depending on the service. You see, you're not only getting a manicure, you get a wonderful massage that circulates the blood flow for healthier nails and skin. It really isn't all about the nail polish, you feel better too. I compared my home manicure vs my salon manicure and there is a difference to me. But in between my manicures, when I don't want to spend that extra money, I wash my hands with a moisturizing soap, pat dry and then use a conditioner with moisturizers in it, which I put on my hands for at least 10 minutes, massage my hands, push the cuticles back and voila your hands look refreshed. Try it and let me know what you think.
