Check for services you don't use that you are getting charged for. For example, are you being charged for insurance or roadside assistance?

I have basic land-line phone services with voice messaging and sub-mailboxes and just added call forwarding. Now I can call forward land-line phone to cell phone and cell phone will SHOW caller-id of caller via cell phone.
