Hi

It is not always cheaper to go to the grocery store. If you are hungry and exercise a lot, it might actually be cheaper to get a foot long sandwich at Subway (stick with the $5 ones and then divide it into two meals if possible) or get a couple items off the dollar menu (i.e. hamburger and small fries). Your body won't know the difference between a small or large fries.
