If you can, store some food at work, like snacks, frozen entrees and canned soup. Leave them at the office so you're not tempted to spend when you're hungry.

I work at a school. Our break room has a large Frig to keep our items. Don't forget to put your name on your packages. We are also allowed to keep food in our lockers.
